Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle all staff training activities and ensure their effectiveness
2.Assist the section head to develop training&development strategy, process control
3.Support and participate in various improvement programs, such as: performance management, talent development; business workshop;etc
Requirement:
* Bachelor or above in HR, Business Administration, English or relevant.
* 3+ years in HR management,at least 1+ years on Training & Development, preferably gained in multinational companies.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, willing to change, learn&improve
* Be able to work under pressure.
* Good communication skill,prefer with internal trainer working experience
* Good English skill on Oral and Writting.
