Responsibilities:
1 Lead and manage daily operation of PCBA Production Line and Production Planning
2 Maintain ISO9001 & TL9000 Quality System, ensure effective production with high quality and low cost complied with the requirement
3 Develop and preserve improvement of effective production, process control and production quality, ensure on-time delivery to meet all customer requirement
4 Analyze production capability and capacity, ensure fully utilization of resources. Plan for immediate increase of production volume
5 Problem solving on process and technical issues, support process, fixture and tester validation
6 Give trainings to subordinates on how to improve the production skill and enlarge their knowledge
Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree in Manufacturing/ Production/ Industry or relevant majors
2 More than 8 years work experience in OEM/ ODM PCBA Manufacturing, with minimum 5 years at managerial level
3 Strong working experience in SMT and Insertion Assembly Process, RoHS manufacturing
4 Experience in electronic manufacturing complied with ISO & TL9000 Quality System
5 Knowledge of lean production and 6 sigma
6 Familiar with IPC-A-610D
