汽车或机械相关专业大学本科及以上学历；能力和经验突出者条件可适当放宽
Associate/college or above in automobile, machinery or any other relevant subject; for those with exceptional abilities and experience, the eligibility can be loosened appropriately
受过产品标准化、项目管理、员工管理、创新管理等方面的培训。
Trained in product standardization, project management, employee management, innovation management, etc
工作经验和技能技巧：
Service experience and skills:
3年以上汽车设计或相关工作经验；能力和经验突出者条件可适当放宽
Above 3 years’ experience in automobile design or any other relevant subject; for those with exceptional abilities and experience, the eligibility can be loosened appropriately
有较强的专业英文资料的阅读能力，能利用英语进行基本的专业技术交流；
Strong ability to read specialized English literatures, can communicate basic technical issues in English
