Responsibilities:
1.Develop process quality control plan for components with suppliers.
2.Provide technical support in developing supplier process controls and inspection standards eg:gauges, inspection fixtures, poka yoke fixtures, cooling (process) fixtures.
3.Develop test protocols at suppliers for specific quality, engineering, and safety requirements.
4.Implement first article process at supplier site.
5.Coordinate supplier changes between supplier and BHC
6.Conduct process capability studies(CPK) on critical characteristics for new components and suppliers.
7.Develop SPC on critical components at supplier's processes.
8.Lead corrective and preventive action process concerning supplier quality issues from supplier site and BHC production line.
9.Provide traning to suppliers and inspectors on BHC component quality and engineering requirements.
10.Lead supplier quality system and process audits.
11.Conduct Pre-shipment audit based on inspection checklists and standards.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree in engineering preferably major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2.Minimum five years experience in supplier quality development or SQA senior engineer.
3.Sound knowledge on manufacturing and quality process controls, 8D problem solving technique, SPC, FEMA, PPAP, APQP knowledgeable in handing measuring tools and equiments both mechanical and electrical knowledge in UL and ASTM standards.
4.Word processing and spreadsheets like Microsoft Word and Excel, Powerpoint presentations.
5.Ability to speak and write technical reports on both english and mandarin.
