Responsibilities:
1.To carry out product development, engineering, and debugging to meet product specifications and customer requirements.
2.Collaboration with different engineering team (local and overseas) for the LCD TV development.
3.Monitoring project milestone, preparing design documentation and report.
4.Participating in design reviews and product gate reviews organized by project team or management.
5.Providing necessary support, coaching and assistance to junior engineers.
6.Supporting materials sourcing and new product introduction in factory.
7.Oversea travel and on site support are expected.
Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with at least 8 years experience in TV product design including LCD TV and digital TV. 3 years or above in Manager level.
2.Strong knowledge and product development background of digital TV including worldwide broadcast standards, digital video processing, picture quality and LCD technology.
3.Good knowledge in Linux and C programming.
4.Strong experience in software development of embedded system programming and debugging including device driver, API application and UI/OSD.
5.Knowledge and experience in nowadays TV system architecture design of Trident, NXP, Genesis, ATI and MTK.
6.Strong knowledge in design and development process.
7.Proven track record in meeting the design requirement of Tier One customer, especially Japanese customer is preferred.
8.Open mind and strong problem solving skills.
9.Good communication and inter personal skills.
10.Strong sense of responsibility and work independently with aggressive project schedule.
11.Fluent Mandarin and English in written and spoken communication, multiple language skills is a plus.
