Responsibilities
During the project phase
- Write the specification of the manufacturing equipment and other production means
- Monitor the production and tuning of the production equipments.
- Deliver these equipment to production team and organize the production line/stations in line with VPS recommendations
- Define the manufacturing instructions
- Support purchasing in the selection and follow up of production equipment suppliers.
After SOP
- Integrated fully into the manufacturing and APU organisation, organise the support from Europe, where there is significant experience in terms of product and process,
- Maintain and update the data base relating to process cycle time of the production operations,
- Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency of operation and material waste,
- Maintain and update the standard operation instructions and control plan instructions of all production work stations. Ensure their proper use.
- Ensure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirements of all equipment operational functions,
- Pilote workshops for TPM (Total productive maintenance) activities, SMED, HOSHIN and 5S.
- Work together with Production and Quality Department to improve products and process quality,
- Assist in the local sourcing of tooling and consumable items to support production.
Degree in Engineering
Native language:Chinese. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
