1. Assist Logistics manager to manage the operation of iHub
2. Work with 3PL and central warehouse to complete operation transitioning from CWH to 3PL
3. Coordinate with both internal team and 3PL team to follow up and complete each items in order to meet the iHub project schedule.
4. Map out the iHub operation procedure to have 3PL carry out, review periodically and update the procedure in light of actual operation
5. Work with 3PL to define the best routing of material flow so as to improve the efficiency of iHub operation.
6. Review the capacity of iHub in light of the forecast.
7. Address the daily iHub operation issue with internal team and 3PL, and become a contact window to resolve the issue in order to support the internal operation.
8. Responsible for the inventory control in the iHub, work with 3PL to investigate the discrepancy, identify the responsibility and go through the sign off process to adjust the system
