Responsibilities:
1.Performs CMM measurement on submitted sample from production to give exact data for sample evaluation.
2.Performs maintenance on all the instruments to ensure accuracy.
3.Instructs inspectors on operating instrument; Interprets engineering drawings,and monitors the measuring process to ensure correct operation.
4.Prepares relative sample evaluation report (FAI,Cpk,GR&R) and collects data during new product introduction and for first piece and last piece sample.
5.Assists Quality Engineer as required.
Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
2.Required skill(s): GD&T, CMM.
3.Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian.
4.Bangladesh, others, others, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
5.Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
