Responsibilities:
1.Plan, direct and control the activities within materials departments so as to achieve company goals.
2.To onsure materials quotation for potential new business are prepared in timely owner and compititive.
3,Ensure effective negotiation to maximize the PPV or Material purchases.
4.Ensure adequote plan and developing 2nd sourcing activities to meets customers needs.
5.Work closely with supply managements team on quarterly business review and suppliers allocation.
6.Staff performance review and management.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree.
2.5 years or above sourcing experience or commodity management, highly skilled negotiator
3.Experienced in Electro Mechanics commodity area, especially for PCB, Connector, Plastic, metal, Packaing & Magnetics, knowing the market trend, supplier share/capacity, overall supply vs demand (including raw material) status of this commodity, etc.
4.Proficient written & spoken in English.
5.Good Leadership.6.Independent
