Responsibilities:
1. Analyze commodity market trend for annual budget / Define annual cost reduction projects
2. Ensure new RFQ to be done in compliance with policies & procedures / Develop and consolidate vendors according to vendor qualification procedure
3. Source appropriate materials to support new product development timely
4. Develop competitive sources for existing production
5. Analyze respective commodities cost structure and develop action plan and ensure supply and most cost optimized
6. Negotiate with vendor for materials prices annually
7. Make cost reduction projects against annual target
8. Consolidate vendor base in collaboration with QA & R&D dept.
9. Conduct contact, bidding, e-Auction for needed projects
10. Ensure vendors supply material to meet TE & industry environmental requirement, include ROHS, REACH and safety.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, with 5 years experience in commodities sourcing field,
2. Written and read in English, Proficient in MS office, SAP
