Job Responsibility:
- Assist section manager to achieve production plan and quality plan
- Edit quality documents, file them and revise them if necessary
- Set up and improve S.P.C programs continuously and control production according to it
- Make preventive / corrective action plan, and follow-up the implementation
- Audit quality record, make sure the production is conforming to quality system
- Provide technical support to solve quality problem during production operation
- Plan, organize and control weekly maintenance to ensure the equipment in good condition
- Arrange new pre-material test and sample lamp selection
- Provide relevant Training to internal staff
- Ensure the workers are working in a clean, tidy and safe condition
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above,major in Electronic, Physical, Mechanical, and Material
- Above 2 years relative working experience,fresh graduate with good performance can be considered
- Experience in multinational company and/or light resource manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of Production, Process, Lean Production or TPM is preferred
- Knowledge of S.P.C, ISO 9000, IEC, ECE, etc.
- Good computer skill
- Fair command of English in writing and reading
- Good sense of analysis

- 每周有计划地组织人员对产线设备进行维护，确保其运行正常。
- 组织新原材料的测试和样品灯的抽选
- 为车间的内部员工提供技术培训
- 确保工人在一个干净，整洁和安全的环境下工作
职位要求：
- 本科及以上学历。毕业于电子，物理，机械和材料等专业
- 两年以上的相关工作经验。同时也可考虑有良好表现的新毕业生
- 有跨国公司经验或者制造型照明行业经验者，优先考虑
- 有工艺流程，精益生产和TPM工作经验者，优先考虑
- 掌握S.P.C; ISO 9000, IEC, ECE等技术知识
- 良好的电脑软件操作技能。
- 在读和写方面，有良好的英文能力
