Job Requirements：
1.At least college degree with engineering related, Knowledge in
Optical or Electrical or Mechanical materials & processing; experience
in machining or optical field preferred;
2.Above 2 years sourcing experience in industrial environment, strong skills in material sourcing with high varieties ,experience with value engineering
3.Technical background in Optical / Mechanical / Electrical/ other material etc.; capable of reading and analyzing spec and drawings, strong communication with engineering dept.
4.Strong in MS Excel and BOM cost analysis
5.Good command of oral and written English
Major Duties：
1.Sourcing of new materials & resources, strong support to R&D and engineering dept.;
2.Supplier management , Supplier contract management;
3.BOM cost evaluation for new projects;
4.Request for quotation & negotiate conditions with suppliers;
5.Supplier audit & management; market information research
6.Tracking price movement of strategic materials, on-time-delivery performance
7.Interaction with relative depts. Such as QA, Material Control, Engineering.
8.Other issues assigned by supervisor/Manager;
9.Compliance with EHS
