质量工艺主管
Position Summary 岗位目的:
Manange the process quality,solve the process issues,lead production trials.
管理工艺质量，解决工艺问题，领导生产试验。
Job analysis 工作分析：
To analyze the quality and process problems and coordinate other department to solve the quality issues. To validate the effectiveness of the improvement actions.
分析生产工艺过程中出现的问题，并协调其它部门解决质量工艺难题、验证跟进改善措施的有效性。
To lead the production trials and projects to figure out the quality problem.
主导工艺试产项目和质量改善项目。
To manage the process quality inspectors and provide quality training to inspectors and operators such as quality system/quality tools/root cause analysis and so on.
管理并培训在线QC、给生产员工进行月度质量培训，包括质量管理系统知识、质量工具应用、根本原因分析等。
Define the SOP and quality inspection instructions.
制定和完善工艺作业流程和质量控制标准。
Maintain the ISO system including internal audit/coordinate the management review meeting and so on.
维护ISO管理系统，包括主导内外部审核、协调管理评审等。
To arrange process audit to make sure the operations are implemented as the SOP.
组织过程审核以确保生产符合标准作业流程。
To define and implement the related EMS&OHSMS task.
管理和执行与其关的环境和职业健康安全方面的工作。
Job requirements 工作要求：
Bachelor with the major of chemistry or chemical engineering
本科学历,化学或工程专业；
Better to have knowledge of SPC/DOE
有SPC/DOE培训经历最好；
More than 5 years of working experience in process or quality management field.
至少5年工艺质量管理方面的工作经验, 有制造业跨国公司经历更佳；
Good oral and written English,
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Have excellent skills of datum analysis,have good knowledge of SPC/FMEA/QC tools/5why/A3 and know how to apply in production.
有较强的数据分析能力，有较好的SPC/FMEA/QC Tools/5why/A3等工艺质量管理工具的知识和应用经验。
Strong communication ability and team work spirit
较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
