1.New product DVT test OTD get above 80%, inspection OTD 90%.

（岗位职责）
1.Review test plan, direct and monitor the test process to meet OTD target.
审查测试计划，指导监控测试流程以达OTD目标
2.New test method evaluation and performing.
新测试方法评估及实施
3.Provide failure analysis and report to IG engineer
向IG工程师提供失效分析报告
4.Improve the test method and test fixture.
改进测试方法及测试治具
5.Test equipment preventive maintenance and trouble shooting.
测试设备预防性维护及故障排除
6.Technical support for FSE (China, Korea, Singapore etc.) associate.
为FSE（中国，韩国，新加坡等）同事提供技术支持
7.Be responsible for technical training for technicians
负责技术员的技术培训
8.Communicate with NA, weekly report to show the work status.
