工作职责：
1. Automation controlling job. Potential project searching, project saving & payback feasibility study & evaluation, project actual spending daily tracking, forecast & monthly accrual, project spending capitalization and project saving and payback final evaluation & tracking. Responsible for preparation of automation annual budget and rolling forecast. Automation fixed and indirect cost control.
2. Engineering controlling job.
2.1 Opex control. Engineering dept. indirect & fixed cost (sample direct material spending, workshop mold & jigs material spending, engineering dept labor cost & efficiency, transfer hours & other expense) weekly & monthly monitoring, investigation & analysis in order to find out the solution to meet the target. Actively participate to any forecasting cycle (budget, forecasts).
2.2 Capex control. Engineering capex spending follow up including WBS WBE creation in SAP, good receipt update & forecast.
3. Crash program support. Cost saving project searching and data mining. Support make or buy decision making. Cost saving project evaluation. Actual and rolling forecast cost saving update.
4. Other assignment from management or Italy counterpart.
任职资格：
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in business management /Accounting/Finance.
2. At least 3 years working experience in cost controlling field. Or with engineering background and some cost controlling experience.
3. Good communication skill.
