职位介绍

Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth NPI (new project introduction).
2. Work with production and sales departments to follow up project schedule to meet customer requirements.
3. Support production department and suppliers to resolve technical concerns and issues.
4. Study the requirements and questions from customers and provide them technical support.
5. Verify and follow up technical issues, and approve samples before shipment.
6. Analyze, break down and control the cost of products during development stage and support sales on quotations.
7. Make and revise drawings.
8. Other assigned responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Majored in Electron or Mechatronics, or related.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience on LCD related technical engineering.
3. Open personality and excellent communication skills.
4. Capable to cooperate with multiple levels of position and with multiple departments.
5. Good English in reading and writing.
6. Capable to pick up new technology quickly and willing to take pressure and challenges for new programs.

3. 支持生产部门和供应商解决技术问题。
4. 研究了解客户需求及问题，并提供技术支持。
5. 验证确认及跟进技术问题，并负责在出货前承认样品。
6. 于开发阶段分析，展开并控制产品成本并为业务报价提供支持。
7. 制作修改产品图纸。
8. 其它受委派事项。
任职要求
1. 电子或机电一体相关专业。
2. 5年或以上的LCD相关产品技术工程经验。
3. 开朗的性格及良好的沟通能力。
4. 具有和不同职级及不同部门人员进行良好沟通的能力。
5. 良好的英语读写能力。
