Job Description
We are now looking for a senior recruiter based in our Shenzhen office. This role will be part of our dynamic China talent acquisition team and will be responsible for the recruitment activities for the assigned Segments and the talent acquisition projects as required.
* Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including requisition management, sourcing, screening and interviewing
* Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs
* Use multiple sourcing channels to source active and passive candidates.
* Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Handle assigned or ad-hoc TA projects as required.
* Update the recruitment weekly and period report.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors
* At least 3-5 years’ experience as recruiter in MNC; Electronics manufacturing industry background is preferred; Headhunter experience will be added advantage
* Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through direct sourcing, social media, networking, referrals and other channels
* Experienced in staffing system like Workday, Taleo and BrassRing will be an added advantage
* Strong and proactive communication skills to interact with business stakeholders
* Excellent oral and written English
