职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Work in NPI project, together with design team to define the test specification and test method for the product.
协助研发部门设定新产品的测试规格和测试方案。
2. In charge of new project test station development, be the test contact window of supplier, including test requirements, test plan and solution generation.
主导新产品的测试开发，确保供应商的测试开发能满足产品要求，包括测试要求，测试计划，测试解决方案。
3. Work with the supplier to realize the test fixture/test station. Qualify the test stations/fixtures according to product specification and company standard.
协助监督供应商测试台的安装和调试，对测试台进行确认和验收，协助解决测试工序的问题并对测试产能进行优化。
4. Perform test data analyze and make test report.
对测试数据进行的分析并制作相关报告。
5. Trouble shooting for test problem in mass production.
协助解决量产中出现的测试问题。
Requirement:
1. College degree or above in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years factory product test experience
大专以上电子相关专业毕业，至少3年以上工厂的测试工作经验。
2. Experience on PCBA test station set up, trouble shooting, (NOT ICT test)
有PCBA测试台的搭建，测试台维护的经验。（不需要ICT测试的经验）
3. Experience with Bluetooth test is a plus.
有蓝牙产品测试工作经验优先。
4. Hard-working, good team work & with self-initiative.
具备良好的工作态度，职业素质。
5. Fluent in English language, both in written and oral.
英语口语良好。
