Job Description：
Develop?and?implement?control?systems?for?various?types?of?Automation?Equipment?from?beginning?to?end.
Capable?of?programming?Camera(vision),?PLC?&?HMI?equipment,?motion?control?and?pc?based?program.?know?RS-232,?Modbus,?and?Ethenet.
Proficient?on?using?Visual?Studio?to?do?programming,?familiar?with?C#?/?VB.net?and?socket.
Familiar?with?VsionPro?or?Labview.Create?and?implement?control?specifications?(I/O?list,?motor?list,?etc.).
Assists?Production?and?Quality?personnel?in?resolving?problems?that?may?occur?during?the?manufacturing?and?final?inspection?processes.
Provides?support?to?technicians?and?end?user?to?resolve?problems?that?may?occur?during?system?start-up?and?makes?modifications?as?needed?to?meet?end?user?requirements.
Required Skills：
C/C?·?C/C++;?VC++;?professional?knowledge?on?PC?based?camera?programming?and?proficient?on?VisionPro?
Robotic?machine?programming.?Especially?on?Vision?Guided?Robotic?Machines.
Proficiency?in?computer?skills?including?Windows,?Microsoft?office?software,?AutoCAD,?etc.
Experience?with?SCARA?robots,?vision?systems,?laser?welding,?sensors?and?VB?programming
Ability?to?develop?machine?control?program?-?PLC?or?PC?based.
Ability?to?interpret?schematic?drawings?and?ladder?logic?diagrams,?visual?basic.
Ability?to?manage?time?to?meet?deadlines.
Ability?to?follow?instructions?both?written?and?oral.
Sound?understanding?of?electronic?and?electrical?theory.
Familiarity?with?including?knowledge?of?mechanical,?electrical,?hydraulic?and?pneumatic?controls.
Ability?to?work?both?independently?and?team?working.

1. 三年以上机器视觉项目软件开发经验；
2. 自动化设备项目方向，从事过电气相关工作优先；
3. 懂PLC编程，熟悉基于计算机的工业相机程序开发，cognex智能相机软件；
4. 能够熟练使用Vision Pro /Labview等视觉软件开发包，独立完成项目的开发和验收；
5. 熟练掌握C#，C/C++, VB.net等语言程序设计，有丰富的编程经验；
6.本科以上学历，计算机、模式识别、图像处理相关研究方向或相关专业；
