MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To optimize timely the emergency responsible procedure, Plant alarm plans & ER plans according to the requests of BASF & the laws, regualtions ,etc.
2. Conduct the daily management of ERC & security, to ensure ERC and security system running smoothly.
3. Management of fire fighting facilities, fire engines and Hazmat equipments, etc.
4. Make the fire fighting, hazmat response and related training plan to fire brigade & conduct the trainings.
5. Organize properly the ER drill, technical supports, rescue standby operation to block investors two according to their requests, off-site response that requested by RCGC.
6. Participate in the whole emergency case which from the block investor companies to be the first responder on the scene for incident handling.
7. Provide the professional & effective practics to fire fighters during the incident according the related safety requirement and procedure.
8. Be in charge of fire fighting approval for new project.
9. Be in charge of EHS MS, the relevant EHS inspection & audits.
10 Be in charge of hazards identification & the risk assessment of the plants, to monitor the implementation of the preventive countermeasures.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree and above, majored in chemical engineering or relevant EHS management Project experience is very preferred.
2. Eight years working experience including five years working for EHS management, two years operational management in chemicals plant.
3. Fire prevention and firefighting command, familiar with the laws and regulation on EHS management.
4. Good communication skill in English & chinese. Certified safety engineer in China.
