Essential Responsibilities:
1.Keep track of GMP/ICTI new policy/requirement and local regulatory requirement and update to plants;
2.Drive the effective implementation of Social and EHS policies, practices, guidelines, and procedures in Mattel O&O plants;
3.Implement and manage the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system;
4.Conduct JHA, safety inspection/assessment;
5.Provide EHS related training to staffs and management team;
6.Support CA Manager for internal/external GMP/ICTI/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 audits;
7.Review and support for the factories QMS audit finding CAPs, follow up and ensure the completion of all corrective and preventive;
8.Engage in plants incident investigation process, assist related parties to work out the root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions;
9.Analyze and maintain appropriate EHS metrics, evaluate data trends, and provide data input to management reviews;
10.Provide Social Compliance and EHS technical advice and propose solutions for plants operationsand management ;
11.Collect monthly CRConnect data and enter to Corporate CRConnect system.
Job Requirement :
1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Environmental Management/Engineering;
2.Minimum 3 years of EHS experience;
3.Professional registrations or certifications such as Safety Officer, or Lean Six Sigma related certification and training preferred;
4.Having sound knowledge of China EHS regulatory requirements;
5.Having sound knowledge of Environmental, Health and safety management system such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001;
6.Possess a high level of passion for excellence, resilience, positive attitude and integrity;
7.Effective interpersonal skills dealing with people at various levels and in a variety of functions;
8.Problem-solving abilities in order to solve issues within regulatory constraints;
9.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
