Job Description:
This position for a Production manager is in our China manufacturing company in Changan Town,Dongguan city,Guangdong Province. Responsibilties include all stamping,moulding,assembly departments. The engineering and quality departments are included.
MUST have had at least 5 years’ experience in moulding and stamping. Knowledge of tooling and machinery in moulding and stamping is mandatory.
Must have worked with electronic assembly departments preferably in the connector industry. Strict controls of regular machine and tooling maintenance is required。
This position could lead to General Management for the right preson within a year or so. All normal activities associated with this position are included.
Reporting directly to the Edac Group President & CEO in Canada, this position is great opportunity for someone with good honest management skills used to working with a dedicated professional team in China.
Desired skills and Expertise:
Must speak fluent Chinese Manadarin. Must speak and write good english.Must have minimum 3 years in electronics industry possiblyin connectors.Needs to show three years prior solid experience in manufacturing management with good references. Must be hard working and honest .Can demonstrate engineering and design knowledge with good education at universitvy level.
