Responsibilities：
1. Product Design Engineering
(i) Design and draft the product drawing, and get approval from customer;
(ii) Support technical solution to internal and external parties.
2. System maintain
(i) Prepare and release ECR (Engineering Change Request).
(ii) Follow up change request from customer or internal departments, and release the ECN.
(iii)Raw material FAA release;
3. New components qualify
(i) Qualify new components and make FAA documents;
4. Planning and Budgeting
(i) Plan annual design and engineering document control target
5. Policies and Procedures
(i)Implement global policies and procedures.
(ii)Implement factory procedures and align with TE corporate policies.
Requirements：
1. College degree with mechanical/electric related majors;
2. 5 years Cable Assembly Design experience.
3. Good coordination and communication
