Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement budget and plan for key materials,projects&products;
2. Policies and Procedures
Maintain and update new product development procedure documents.
3. People Management and Development
Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team.
4. Product Design Engineering
Review and approve new product designs(Drawing,BOM,routing,ECN);Review and approve raw cable quotations;Review raw cable testing reports(Physical&Electrical) and provide technical supports;Lead new product and new material development program.
5. Quotation
Lead the team to provide exact quotations to cost center & customer.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with engineering major,
2. 5 years+ cable making working experience, including 3 years+ cable design engineering experience.
