Responsibilities:
1.Reliability test
Independently do various tests regarding new development, design change, customer applications, cost saving project, process change, manufacturing relocation
2.Safety standard approval test
Independently do the type test according to IEC/EN/UL/CSA/GB... safety standards
3.Failure analysis
Carry out the failure analysis for the failed test, quality issue, application failure
4.EH&S activity
Daily EH&S activity to ensure safety compliance to company standard
5.Innovation
Continuously improve the test procedure, equipment and fixture, skill
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Major in Electrical or Electric engineering background;
3. English speaking, reading and writing fluently;
4. Familiar Relay failure modes and test methods;
