招聘要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，环境工程或化工专业；
2、4年或以上制造行业EHS相关工作经验；
3、持有国家颁发的从业资格证书；
4、良好的英语听说读写能力；
主要工作职责：
1、制定和执行工厂EHS计划并确保所有EHS活动符合法规和公司总部政策规定；
2、定期对工厂的EHS管理体系执行进行评估并督促持续改善；
3、能就工厂整改项目与政府部门沟通以获取审批；
4、确保EHS培训能够在全厂范围内落实到位；
5、能带领就审核中发现的不足进行整改或预防活动；
6、指导各职能部门推行各项EHS工作；
Main Responsibilities(主要工作职责)
EHS Standard
1.Establish, review and develop site-specific EHS standards in order to provide appropriate guidances for all EHS activities.
2.Communicate EHS standards to the site management team in order to ensure they understanding with our standards.
EHS Management System
1.Establish, maintain and develop EHS management system in order to ensure the implementation of our standards.
2.Coordinate and guide each department to establish and develop dept-specific EHS procedures and instructions in order to ensure their activities consistent with our EHS standards.
EHS Targets and Goals
1.Establish site-specific EHS targets & goals in order to ensure our targets and goals consistent with corporate and BU targets & goals.
2.Assign EHS targets & goals to each department and track them in order to achieve the site EHS targets & goals.
3.Provide technical support to each department in order to support them on their EHS plans and activities.
EHS Inspection & Audit
1.Plan and handle the site EHS inspection in order to monitor the daily EHS status.
2.Plan, coordinate and handle the site internal audit in order to review and verify our EHS works.
3.Coordinate the external EHS audit activites in order to ensure our EHS works meet the external requirement.
4.Develop corrective action plans and track completion in order to achieve continual improvement.
Qualifications (招聘要求）
Bachelor degree in Environmental, Occupational Health or Safety or related subject
4+ years of EHS working experience in a manufacturing environment
Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
Ethics and integrity
Strong commitment to EHS compliance and continuous improvement
Ability to communicate effectively with plant staff, management and others
Ability to prioritize issues
Team player
