Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electric engineering is preferred.
2. 3 years working experiences in manufacturing company and 1 year or above team management experience is preferred.
3. Be familiar with manufacturing process quality control, verification and approval.
4. Solid working experiences on quality, six-sigma, RoHS, PPAP and customer service.
5. Good command of written and oral English.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct GRR, CPK and reliability test during new project pilot run.
2. Creating process control documents (QIP, Visual Aids, Gauge, SPC.. ) and QCs/operators training .
3. Prepare PPAP according to customer requirement.
4. Analysis process defect and follow up improvement actions
5. Lead corrective actions for internal/external non-conformances material. Ensure excellence customers service and deal with external complaints. .
6. Work closely with related department to establish specific quality plans and challenging quality goals, measurement metrics to improve COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) and Customer Satisfaction.
