Core Mission
Manage and direct the supplier's Quality Assurance Program to insure products shipped meet TE requirements, industry / environmental standards and engineering specification, Establish and implement the supplier's wide quality strategies in all phases of manufacturing operation with the objective of ensuring that all products produced and shipped meet our quality standards within TESZ quality policy.
Responsibilities
1.Supplier Quality Management:
1.1.b.Supplier (including component supplier & sub-contract) quality engineering
(I)Audit supplier's quality assurance system in order to meet TE's quality standards;
(Ⅱ) Handle incoming parts' quality issue, evaluate the validity of supplier improvement actions in order to improve supplier quality level;
(Ⅲ) Assess supplier performance in order to enhance supplier management;
(Ⅳ)Search and evaluate new suppliers in order to meet our quality and cost standards;
(V) make plans of visit/audit to strategic vendors, in order to improve supplier control;
(VI) Implement the visit/audit to vendors to improve vendor in process quality, in order to
upgrading vendor quality level;
(VII) Check supplier change control, in order to optimize the structure of supplier;
2.People Management& Development:
