职位介绍

岗位职责：
1. Manage overall quality teams within OSM group.
管理OSM集团内的整个质量团队。
2. Must work as a team player and maintain good employee relations.
作为团队成员之一，并保持良好的团队氛围。
3. Leads / facilitates change efforts creating a strong culture of leaders and high performance quality teams.
领导/促进变革努力，打造强有力的领导文化和高绩效的质量团队。
4. Build and maintain a positive network of relationships with customers.
与客户建立并保持积极的关系。
5. Set scope and establish mechanism to address customer complaints globally.
在全球范围内设定和建立投诉机制，解决客户投诉。
6. Ensure that material/product complies with international/national regulation and customer requirement.
确保材料/产品符合国际/国家法规和客户要求。
7. Budget and HR responsibility for all quality related functions within OSM group.
负责集团内所有质量相关的预算和人力资源。
8. Completes any other assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
完成管理层分配的其他任务、职责和项目工作。
任职条件：
1. University graduate in a related engineering field, such as mechanical, textile, chemical, material industrial, etc.
大学本科及以上学历，机械、纺织、化工、材料工业等相关专业。
2. 15+ years working experience in quality management with experience in a foreign manufacturing setting.
15年以上质量管理工作经验，具有外资制造型企业经验。
3. Familiar with related international quality framework, quality tools, and standards.
熟悉相关的国际质量机制、质量工具和标准。
4. Familiar with related international and domestic regulation and directives requirement.
熟悉相关的国际和国内法规和指令要求。
5. Strong people and team management skills.
强大的人员和团队管理技能。
6. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
7. Good command of oral and written English.
