Requirement：
1. Extensive experience in consumer electronic product – including plastic injection, plastic molding , quality design and reliability or product / test engineering role. 对电子消费性产品有丰富的经验,如塑胶注塑,模具, 品质设计和可靠性, 或者有产品测试工程方面的经验.
2. Advanced statistical process controls, data driven analysis (statistics, reliability, sampling & auditing), DFMEA and PFMEA. 具有先进的统计过程控制,数据统计和分析能力, 制订DFMEA和PFMEA.
3. Proficient in analysis process tools & software. 精通统计过程工具和相关软件.
4. Working knowledge of international quality standards, eg. ISO 9001 / 14001, etc). 对国际品质标准有一定了解,如ISO9001/14001等.
5. Knowledge of CE test is an advantage. 了解CE测试的更有优势.
6. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience / BSc or BEng, 至少有三年的相关工作经验.
7.fluent in English and other language skills are appreciated. 英语流利,如果掌握其他语言更好.
8.Good interpersonal & communication skills, Focused and solution-oriented, Proactive with team spirit and a good attitude. 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧, 积极主动,具有良好的团队精神和好的工作态度.
9. No color blindness. 能准确识别各种颜色.
Job Description：
Qualify the product from a quality perspective. 从品质角度使产品符合客人的要求.
Is in charge of the whole Quality Plan (ensure documentation),Customer Quality Standard,Testing plan,Control plan, Inspection plan, CPK (process capability index), DFMEA and PFMEA , . 负责制订品质控制计划, 及准备以下相关文件: 客户的品质标准, 测试计划, 控制计划和检验方案;
Physical Golden Sample . 检查客户提供的黄金样板.
Coordinating all testing and timelines with the LAB. 同实验室沟通和协调所有的测试及测试时间问题.
Has ownership from prod. dev. to first delivery of mass production. 主导产品的开发阶段的品质直到第一批大货出货.
Responsible to lead trial run at supplier and qualify product for mass production. 负责在供应商处主导产品的试产和确认大货的品质.
