职位介绍

工厂筹备阶段:
1、Work with engineering manager and construction supervisor to help control project design and construction planning and tracking progress against plan;
和工程经理及施工主管一起，控制项目的设计和施工进度；
2、Help coordinate planning and progress tracking for IQ, OQ and PQ preparation;
计划及追踪项目的安装确认，操作确认及性能确认准备；
3、Startup Planning, tracking the progress of startup preparation, include raw material and production supplies;
开车计划，追踪开车准备进度，包括原料和生产供应。
工厂正式投产后:
1、Work with business partners (Sales and Material) to optimize the long term production schedule, understand business needs and translate into plant production goals;
和商务伙伴（销售和材料部门）一起优化长期生产进度，了解商务需要并转化成生产目标；
2、Work with production manager to setup production metrics/measurements, and tracking performance;
和生产经理一起制定生产表现指标并追踪表现记录；
3、Tracking raw material and product inventory, help material department to adjust inventory according to production plan;
追踪原料和产品库存变化，根据生产计划和材料部门一起调节物料库存；
4、Coordinate production daily activities, include manage production supplies;
协调生产日常活动， 包括生产日常用品的管理；
5、Act as production focal point to coordinate with maintenance group for planning of routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
作为生产部门的协调人，和维修部门一起协调日常及非日常的维修活动。
任职要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 至少3年制造厂同等职位经验
- 良好的计算机使用技能
