2. Minimum 2+ years of work experience in PMC related function, typically in manufacturing filed, experience in handbag, garments, will be preferred ;

Job Descriptions:
职位描述：
1. Manage material&production control as a PMC，enable material planning and production running, MO &stock management, ERP system maintenance, order & supplier handling;
作为一个PMC，做好生产与物料控制,保证原材料计划和供应生产顺利进行，MO&库存管理, ERP系统维护，定单和供应商管理.
2. Ensure availability of all raw materials in line with production schedule, drive continuous improvement from the perspective for effective material planning and inventory management, such as maintenance shortage pre-alert function and excess/obsolete control, ensure flexible material supply and FG delivery with minimum inventory risk.
?保证生产所需物料到位，推动持续改进高效的物料计划和库存管理，如维护欠料预警功能和多余/呆滞物料控制，部分物料的零库存 管理,在库存风险最小的情况下保持有弹性的物料供应和成品出货。
3. Work with other department to solve all kinds of task, such as urgent material supply, support the launch/introduce of new project/material/supplier to facilitate material supply, push related function team to proceed MRB for the material with certain defect to ensure material supply and shipment on time
与其它部门配合以解决各种问题，如紧急物料供应,支持新项目/物料/供应商的导入,跟踪有问题物料的MRB执行以保证生产物料供应与成品准时出货。
4.Making reasonable daily production plan based on the weekly plan (MPS), production capacity, headcount and sales orders and etc..
5. 根据主计划以及相关的生产能力，人力与订单的情况制订合理的日生产计划。
?Monitor all production line (MTD, CUR, WIP) to handle some abnormal issues with related dept in time
6.监督产线(生产达成率与产能与WIP)的情况并与相关的部门协调处理相关的异常情况。
?Release MO according to BOM & updated production plan and shipment requirement, do relevant maintenance in ERP system and supervise on the material status to ensure the production line run smoothly
