Job Duties:-
岗位职责
1、Reinforces course control policies and the rules and regulations of the Club particular in etiquette of golf and discipline among members and guests.
强化部门管理政策，能将球会对会员及嘉宾规范高尔夫礼仪的规章制度执行到位。
2、Conducts amateur and professional tournament events and solicit future outside business to promote courses and club.
有举办过业余和职业比赛经验，制定球场市场推广计划，帮助球场提升业绩。
3、Revenue Management and Marketing
具备收入管理和市场营销经验。
4、Conduct weekly and monthly staff meetings with golf operations managers and staffs.
能有效地组织高球运作部经理和员工大会（月总结会议和周例会）。
5、Reviews and monitors the budget and takes appropriate action to ensure operations are fiscally sound on an on-going basis.
对预算能进行合理的评估，并确保能根据实际情况掌控预算达标情况。
6、Develop relationship with Maintenance Superintendent to ensure proper scheduling of golfers and optimum playing conditions.
就有关球场合理的保养计划事项与保养部能保持良好的沟通。
7、Ability to effectively deal with local and foreign members and golfers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger and resolve conflicts.
能有效地与当地和国外会员及嘉宾进行沟通，要求具备高度的耐心、机智和外交手腕来处理矛盾，解决冲突。
8、Analyze key reports each week and communicate opportunities to General Manager.
向总经理汇报及商讨每周营收状况。
9、Create and implement programs to achieve greater profitability through increasing average rate, overall total of rounds and increased business volume during off-peak periods.
制定行之有效的增收方案，在淡季时，通过增加月平均收入额，拉动总体营收增长，从而，增加淡季收入。
Qualifications:
任职资格：
1、Three to six years relevant experience and /or training, or a combination of both.
具有丰富的企业管理经验和专业的高尔夫实际操作。
2、Thorough knowledge of general business administration practices and professional golf operations practices, as would be acquired through three to five years of similar professional golf experience in a high volume golf course. Multi-course management and China experience are preferred but not necessary.
至少3-6年大型高尔夫球场管理经验，具备多元化的球场管理经验及中国球场管理经验者优先。
3、PGA member preferred
PGA成员优先。
