职位简介&工作职责：
------ Responsible for automation & new equipment design.
------负责自动化设备设计
------ Drive and follow the whole process from Cost analysis, productivity & feasibility analysis, machining process, installation and bug fixing for new automation projects.
------跟进新设备从概念，成本、产能、可靠性，可行性分析，设计，装配，调试，设备验收的全过程。
------ Evaluate product spec and product process and give feedback to product design engineer and process engineer for design & process improvement from automation design perspective.
------评估产品规格及制程，从自动化设备设计的专业角度, 给予产品设计和制程工程师反馈，改善产品设计使产品适合自动化生产。
------ Create automation proposals and manage DFMEA for automation design.
------提议自动化项目,并对自动化设计进行设计及潜在失效模式分析。
------ Work with other function team to finalize the automation spec.
------与其它职能小组共同完成自动机规格确认。
------ Design and make 3D/2D drawing, BOM.
------设计及绘制3D/2D图纸,建立材料明细。
------ Compile Part list, component spec and Purchasing Request.
------汇编部品清单、部件规格及采购要求。
------- Manage schedule of automation from design, making, trial run and validation until.
------管理及跟踪自动化项目从设计、制作、试运行时间进度，直至验收。
------ Risk analysis and work out mitigation plan.
------风险分析及制定出降低及规避风险方案。
------ Work with electrical designer to define the electrical control program.
------与电气控制工程师协作确定PLC控制程序要求。
------ Write and file automation spec, manual, part list.
------拟订和归档自动机规格、使用手册及部品清单等文件。
------Have relevant metal mold working experiences.
