Responsibility:
1. Manage a team of 5 engineer with responsibility to optimize existing and new products
manufacturing processes using best practice tools and technology.
2. Drive optimal cycle times, workflow and layout.
3. Champion efficiency improvement.
4. Evaluate feasibility of introducing new products by coordinating assessment of the impact to the
company, including technical regulatory, quality, production, logistics, financial elements
5. Assembly line time study, line balances to drive product improvement (PPH/Routing/BOM/Packaging).
6. Develop and train technical roles to achieve high levels of technical capability
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above in Industry Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years technical experience in consumer & electronics industry and minimum 3 years
production management involvement
3. Experience in Technical Transfer with full project management knowledge and skill
4. Understand new product development process
5. Working knowledge in Lean manufacturing, kaizen and Six sigma
6. Problem analysis and solving
7. Competency of using technical and project software.
8. Good English ability both written and speaking.
