Responsibility:
1.Planning and Budgeting:
(Ⅰ) Assist on annual plan / budget preparation in order to provide accurate and timely reports.
(Ⅱ) Review and manage Quality system section budget in order to comply with annual budget.
2.Customer support and continuous improvement:
2.1a.Customer supports:
(Ⅰ) Summarize and review customer complaint regularly as input to internal audit.
(II)Set up the customer visit or audit in order to let the customer know well with our prdouct process & quality and increase the confidence to our company and product.
2.2 b.Quality continual improvement:
(I) Monitor quality target and organize data review and advise improve opportunity in companywide and department.
(II) Forward the defect information to production line timely and set up taskforce team
to work out annual quality improvement plan (including product design, process
flow, equipment maintain, information system, operator training) in order to
drive quality improvement and reduce customer complaints.
3.Quality System:
3.1.a.Quality system development &maintenance
(Ⅰ) Contact 3rd party to audit organizational quality management system in order to ensure organizational quality management system continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness;
(Ⅱ)Support quality management representative to plan and implement management review in order to ensure organizational quality management system continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness;
(Ⅲ)Review and organize internal audit in order to comply with ISO9001:2008 International Standard and ISO/TS16949:2009 Technical Specification and additional quality management system requirements;
(Ⅳ)manage DCC (document control center) in order to ensure organizational system documents under control;
3.2. b. Apparatus calibration
Review annual calibration plan in order to provide evidence of conformity of product to
determined requirements;
3.2.c. Quality culture building
4.People Management& Development:
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree;
2.Major in electrical or engineering
3.Min. 8 years quality or engineering experience or min. 3 years management experience on supervisor position;
4.Good oral English speaking
5.Familar with quality system (e.g. ISO9001/TS16949)
