Responsibilities:
A. Planning and Budgeting / 预算与计划
Develop and implement company die parts production budget and plan, and monitor execution of budget in order to meet the custom need and achieve section's performance goal.
执行Die部门的预算与计划。确保达到部门的绩效目标。
B. Production management / 生产管理
ⅰ)Coordinate all the working procedures to have a smooth production flow and maintain the established lead time，in order to reduce produce cost；
协调生产流程，降低生产成本，确保按时按质完成任务；
ⅱ) Manage and monitor the quality of every working procedure in order to accomplish the quality objective in terms of Product Quality Standard and scrap/rework reduction；
管理生产流程的质量，确保达到公司质量标准；
ⅲ)Ensure all the work order is completed on time ,in order to meet our customer and planning needs；
确保所有的订单都按时完成，达到我们客户的要求；
ⅳ）Review all injection machine's preventive maintenance record, in order to sure production more smoothly.
管理所有注塑成型的机器的维护记录，确保生产流程的稳定。
C. Safty&6S management / 安全和6S管理
Monitoring and check the tidiness of production scene and equipment、the hygiene of personnel，preventive maintenance in order to Guarantees production area’s hygiene to be up to company standard and the national standard
管理车间和设备的整洁，卫生。确保达到公司和国家的相关标准。
D. Employee management / 员工管理
ⅰ)Correction and training the personnel who broke the rule in precinct，Propose punishment and improvement. In order to meet company regulations and improvement employee's consciousness of discipline；
推进员工的工作上的盖井和相关培训。提高员工对公司规定的了解和遵守。
ⅱ) Support necessary training and development opportunity to all employees in order to improve the personal skill, maintain good morale and keep a steady team.
支持相关需要的培训和发展计划。提高员工个人能力，建立和谐稳定的团队。
E. Cooperate with other department / 和其他部门的合作
Cooperate with related department with serious and responsible attitude in order to facilitate solve problem which be found in produce, especially launch new production.
和其他相关部门充分合作，解决生产中的，特别是新近的生产的问题。
Requirements:
1. Minimum university graduated, major in mechanical or electronic engineering and related.
大学本科以上学历，机械电子工程类等相关专业。
2. Minimum 5 years’ production experience in foreign company and 3 years’ in management level.
至少5年以上生产相关经验，和3年以上管理经验。
3. Communication skill, supervision skill, planning skill, implementation skills, innovation.
良好的沟通技巧，管理技巧，表达技巧和计划能力。
4. Minimum 5 years’ production experience in high-speed stamping is a must!
