Responsibilities;
1 To set up and implement project management process to support Magnetics overall strategic and goal
2 Plan, organize, drive and monitor new projects running with meeting cost initiatives, phase ranges from concept to ramp-up
3 To accelerate time to market and to keep business growing by driving and coordinating across functional team during product life-cycle
4 Regularly report management team regarding new projects running status
5 Support TEOA and LEAND running within Magnetics business unit
Requirements;
1 Minimum 8 years Project management experience and at least 3 years manager position experience and bachelor degree is a minimum
