Job Description (Delegation of Responsibilities)
① Expense budgeting, Forecast, and actual expense analysis
+ Assist FP&A manager in completion of Annual expense budgeting.
+ Quarterly, Monthly and weekly expense forecast.
+ Conversion cost preparation and analysis.
+ Actual expense vs. budget, forecast fluctuation analysis.
+ Budgeting and Forecast module improvement
② Project Investment Analysis and Management
+ CER review and assessment.
+ Monthly CER tracking and projects process follow up
+ Project analysis for a) new product b)expansion c)replacement d) cost saving e) lease vs. buy
+ Monthly/Quarterly/yearly capex actual、budget and forecast preparation.
+ CER training.
③ Other daily tasks
+ Budget control system maintenance
+ FP&A area policy and related procedure optimized
