Responsibilities:
1. Review production schedule daily, include production order, resources status, machine maintenance,
WIP and so on;
2. Go through 6S process to start work, ensure safety procedures and standards are met;
3. Shop floor management, attend to abnormalities, ensure shop floor discipline complies to safety
operating process;
4. Carry out immediate corrective actions on shop floor to ensure product quality;
5. Build molding Process Engineering Capability;
Qualifications:
1. Min 8yrs in production management, preferably at plastic injection molding manufacturing;
2. Demonstrated leadership/ supervision skill, good communication skill;
3. Be well know at Lean production;
