Responsible for inventory analysis and follow upq
Responsible for inventory control (full kit rate, production drop-off rate, manual PO, scrap, over-due material, inventory adjustment, stock-take, etc.)
Responsible for excess and obsolesce material analysis, disposition and follow upq
Responsible for weekly material shortage report and regular review with buyer for critical items.
Responsible for sending and communicating critical shortage and excess report to customer.
Responsible to set component signal code except
Monitor BaaN item data accuracyq Prepare material reporting on timeq
System data accuracy monitoring
Good knowledge and experience on ERP systems.
Good knowledge and experience on MPS/MRP planning and material planningq
Good communication skills
Fluent English both oral and written.
