职位介绍

Duties:
1. To fabricate of new product sample and project follow up.
2. To provide a project plan and control from NPI to mass production.
3. To follow up the product cycle from new production to mass production of plastic and mechanical products.
4. To liaise with customer for all technical and quality issues on new products.
5. To report NPI progress to management.
6. To liaise with supplier on tooling (both soft and hard) strategy.
7. To ensure sample build meet customer targe date.
8. To review the manufacturability of new products through the use of DFM, FMEA and etc.
9. To ensure departmental documentation and system setting up, maintain and control.
10. To do estimation on quote request on part for tooling, leadtime, labour hour, price and manufacturing time into unit price.
Requirement:
1. University degree or above graduated in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years working experience in sheet metal and/or plastic industry experience with proven experience in project Management.
3. Open-minded, willing to learn and self-motivated.
4. Excellent oral and written in English and Putonghua.
5. Familiar to ISO9000, TL9000 quality system and SPC.
6. Proficiency in ACAD and PRO-E. Window software of EXCEL, WORD, PROJECT and OUTLOOK.
7. Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing is an added advantage.
8. Occasionally travel to oversea may be required.
