Experience：
1. University degree graduation in either environmental Engineering, or chemical engineering discipline.
2. 2+ years of EHS&Facility working experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Government certificates for safety is required.
responsibilities：
1. Coordinate development and implementation of site-specific EHS plans and procedures consistent with corporate and business unit policy, standards and goals
2. Regularly review EHS performance, compliance and management systems and drive continuous improvement
3. Coordinate actions required for compliance with applicable requirements
4. Obtain EHS permits and governmental approvals as necessary for any new or modified plant operations.
5. Coordinate and ensure delivery of required/appropriate EHS training for site staff
6. Coordinate review and analysis of incidents and implementation of corrective actions
7. Regularly communicate with plant staff, management, business unit EHS coordinator and corporate staff as appropriate on EHS issues, performance and challenges
8. To lead corrective and preventive actions for any findings found in internal and/or out side EHS audit.
9. To supervise EHS staffs (both performance and discipline).
10. Carry out trainings to all EHS responsibilities from different departments or functions
11. Full be responsible for ISO14000 system and keep system running effective in facility
12. Facility daily maintenance . Monitor major causes from Facility working fields .
13. Cost control to all related facility maintenance . Both for inhouse and contractors .
