The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing logistics and warehouse strategies and efficient processes in a vertically integrated multi plant & multi-warehouse environment; with the goal of synchronizing and aligning logistics strategy and operations in support of corporate objectives for growth, return-on-capital, & profit.
Requirements:
1.Degree/Diploma in Management, Logistics or related discipline;
2.5 years experience at Warehouse/Logistics Management Level, preferably in a high-growth, multi-site manufacturing environment with demanding standards for service support to operations, for product handling, for staff leadership & for productivity gain targets;
3.Direct & substantial experience in initiating & implementing logistics and warehouse operations and systems with identifiable real costs savings and efficiency gains;
4.KPIs/Scorecard setting and monitoring across warehouse / logistics functions;
5.Utilization of lean/6 sigma management skill preference;
6.Good command of English and Mandarin;
7.Proven experience in material handling, warehousing systems and transport management;
8.Demonstrate leadership, communications, planning and execution skills;
