Main roles and responsibilities:
In charge of PSG group with 1800 employees and responsible for daily operation and manufacturing planning and execution.
Responsible for all PSG manufacturing activities, including on-time delivery, cost reduction, inventory control as well as quality improvement together with engineering team..
Responsible for HPU and capacity improvement.
Essential knowledge and skills:
4 years above production manager experience in mass production environmental.
HDD related knowledge will be a plus.
Good at Lean Manufacturing.
Good inter-departmental coordinating skill.
College degree or above. Good written and spoken English is preferable.
Be aware of cost effectiveness vs. quality requirement.
Mature & pleasant personality, flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks under stressful situations.
