技能要求：
Skills Requirement
1. Above college in Mechanical or Electromechanical Integration 机械或机电专业，大专（含）以上学历；
2. At least 2 years of working experience in SQE of manufacturing field 从事制造业供应商品质管理工作2年以上；
3. Familiar with the quality of casting parts and proficient in plating 熟悉压铸件品质管理，精通电镀专业知识；
4. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 & QC080000 systems, know APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA tools and perform them accordingly. 熟悉ISO/TS16949和QC080000品质管理系统，懂APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA五大工具并能实际应用。
5. Be capable of supplier audit and training, familiar with quality 7 tools to improve the quality of Zinc alloy and Al alloy casting parts.具备供应商审核技能和培训能力，能熟练使用品管七大工具以改善锌合金、铝合金压铸件品质；
6. Good English skills (reading & writing) 英文良好，具备英文读写能力；
