- Lean manufacturing culture promotion around the organization.
- Lean manufacturing concept training.
- Factory Kaizen events management.
- Best practice implementation and sharing across network.
Basic Requirments:
- Comprehensive Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- 3+ years experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- 5+ service years at electronics manufacturing field.
- Industrial Engineering knowledge and working experience.
- Rich project management experience.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Strong planning, coordination and organizing abilities.
- Good training, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Good communication, cooperation and negotiation skills.
