职位介绍

岗位要求:
BSc in Mechanical/Facility/Chemical or equivalent. 　
Minimum 6 years experience, out of which 3 years should be in managerial
position in foreign enterprises. 　
Be an excellent communicator. 　
Have strong experience in deploying the engineering management skills.
Have some background in ISO/TS16949 quality system skills.
Excellent team sills 　
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
岗位职责:
Develop and prepare process equipments and facilities 　
Support to set up ISO/TS quality system. 　
Continuous process improvement through technology and process simplification. 　
Lead in new process equipment and facility development and upgrade 　
Design and determine product test requirement with reference to product spec./ customer requirement.
Participate and implement quality procedures on new product.
Participate in disposition and control of non-conformance products.
Leading to improve product s yields and quality.
Initiation of Corrective and Preventive actions
Lead to cut in or require manufacturing process change and implement
Also participate in product safety and reliability management. 　
Develop and train subordinates with strong engineering and quality skills and concept.
