Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the project and customer satisfaction
2.Project (team) co-ordination and organization
3.Risk & Opportunity assessment and management
4.Coordinate with Purchasing, Marketing, Engineering, QA and other related departments to ensure the project to be accomplished in time with satisfactory qualification and cost requirements; During the project’s official implementation after the approval of business case,
5.Periodically report to top management the project process status; Host for monthly Project Development Review meeting
6.Organize project team to review and sum up the whole project implementation after the completion of the project
7.Provide advanced analysis and generate insightful and value-added findings and suggestions
8.Project communication between internal and external customers in English
9.Ensure the agreed time schedule.
Person Specifications
1.Bachelor Degree or above
2.5 years or above working experience of project management, less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager.
3.Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4.Perfect in using MS Office, MS Projects
5.Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with pressure
