Job Description:
-Review Travel Expense Claims;
-Organize VP and visitor Schedule;
-Preparation of Presentations;
-Review Documents presented to VP for signature (in particular cheques/invoices);
-Review Travel Expense Claims;
-Support VP Finance in day to day activities;
-VP Office Administration;
-Translation;
-Carry out specially assigned tasks and projects;
-Keep close internal communication to allow flow of information among Management.
Job Requirement:
-Previous Experience in similar position;
-Above college degree in Languages and/or Finance/Accounting related field;
-Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel, MS Word;
-Good English communications skill (oral comprehension, reading, writing and speaking);
